Release is a fully-clothed. therapist guided stretch session designed to deepen your flexibility, restore healthy movement, and melt away tension patterns. Your therapist will gently stabilize and stretch key areas of the body – hips, back, shoulders, neck and legs- using slow mobility techniques and breathwork support. Ideal for desk workers, athletes, busy parents and anyone carrying stiffness or stress in their body.
